Website Visual Design Consultation

Group sessions that make design decisions easier. Where visual clarity meets collective thinking

Most design feedback gets stuck in back-and-forth email threads. Our group consultation sessions put the right people in the room — designers, stakeholders, and decision-makers — to review your website visuals together and move forward with confidence.

Who participates

Sessions run with 4–12 participants. Designers, product owners, and brand leads all benefit from the shared review format. Remote participants join through a video link.

Session format

Each session runs 90 minutes. A facilitator steers discussion, prevents rabbit holes, and ensures every voice contributes. You receive a structured summary within 24 hours.

Scheduling

Sessions run Tuesday through Thursday, morning or afternoon blocks. Booking 5 days ahead is enough — no long waiting lists for most groups.

Core offering

Group visual review sessions

Your website's visual design gets reviewed live by the group. We look at hierarchy, colour usage, typography consistency, and how well the layout communicates your message to a first-time visitor. Participants annotate directly on shared screens and discuss trade-offs in real time.

Page-by-page audit workshop

A longer format, typically 3 hours spread over two sessions. The group works through each key page of the site — homepage, service pages, contact flow — applying a consistent visual evaluation framework. Good for teams rebuilding from an existing design rather than starting fresh.

Monthly design critique cohorts

A recurring group that meets monthly. Participants bring current design challenges — a landing page that isn't converting, a navigation structure that confuses users, a colour palette that feels off-brand. The group critiques together. Perspectives from outside your team are often where the useful observations come from.

Based on participant self-assessments after 3+ sessions. Individual results vary.

  • Each session produces a written consensus — not just notes, but agreed-upon design directions the team can act on.
  • Facilitators are practitioners, not moderators. They can explain why a design choice works or doesn't, not just manage discussion flow.
  • Sessions are recorded with participant consent. Useful for team members who missed a session or need to revisit a decision.
  • Pricing is per group, not per seat. A team of 8 costs the same as a team of 4.
