Mefsakolud provides group online consultation and coaching services focused on website visual design. Our platform facilitates structured group sessions, experience exchange, and collaborative work between participants and facilitators. The specific scope, format, and availability of services may change over time.
2.1 Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned outages where practicable.
2.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated services.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration

All participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively during group sessions. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund and potential suspension of your account.
5.2 Recording and Confidentiality
Sessions may be recorded for quality and review purposes. You will be notified if a session is recorded. Participants are prohibited from independently recording sessions without the express written consent of all other participants and Mefsakolud.
5.3 Shared Information
Information shared by other participants during group sessions is provided in confidence for the benefit of the group. You must not disclose, reproduce, or use information shared by other participants outside of the platform without their explicit consent.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Access to certain services requires payment of fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are due in advance unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. Where no specific terms apply, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before the relevant service has been accessed or consumed. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
6.3 Chargebacks

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including session materials, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Mefsakolud. You retain ownership of content you submit through the platform, such as feedback, designs, or written contributions. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mefsakolud and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
